About the Split PDF
Split PDF pulls a chosen range of pages out of a larger PDF and saves them as a brand-new document. Use it to grab a single chapter from a long report, separate one signed page from a contract, or break a bulky scan into manageable pieces. You tell it the first and last page you want, and it keeps everything else untouched. As with all our PDF tools, the work happens locally in your browser, so the original file never travels to a server.
How to use it
- Select your PDF — the tool shows how many pages it contains.
- Enter the first and last page of the range you want to keep.
- Click 'Extract pages' to download a new PDF with just those pages.

Does it change my original file?
